Arniston Bay in premium move

A premium version of Arniston Bay has been launched in the off-trade in a move which adds more depth to the South African wine brand's range.

Arniston Bay Reserve is a collection of premium, single varietal wines from South Africa. Two styles are being made available in the UK off-trade - Sauvignon Blanc and Shiraz - though the Company of Wine People says further varietals are available

on request , with a n rrp of £6.99.

UK brand and business development manager Barney Davis said: "We've been working to

develop the Arniston Bay range and widen its appeal to both consumers and retailers.

"We saw a fine wine offering as an essential part of our brand overhaul and we are very pleased with the results. The

Reserve wines are made with the highest quality grapes sourced from the Western Cape of South Africa. They are crafted in a classic, fruit-driven style with intense flavour."
