Three new tequilas for Maxxium

24 June, 2009

Maxxium UK has launched a range of three super-premium tequilas from Sauza under the umbrella name Tres Generaciones.

The line-up of triple-distilled, 100% agave tequilas comprises the unaged Plata (rrp £41.99), Reposado – rested for two months in oak (£43.99), and Añejo, aged in American oak for over a year (£47.99).

The range is to be made available to high-end off-trade accounts from today.

Brand manager Nikki Cumming said: “The launch completes the Sauza family and ensures there is an expression for every occasion and outlet.

“It positions Sauza as a strong contender not only among the most-revered tequilas, but alongside the world’s most premium spirits in other categories.

“Its quality is testament to the combined knowledge of three generations of the Sauza family who have recognised the value of nurturing the next generation to encourage innovation and success.”
