Cider producer Aspall is to distribute the Australian beer range in the UK.

Boutique cider producer Aspall is to distribute the Little Creatures Australian beer range in the UK.

The deal is a reciprocal agreement with producer Little World Beverages which has handled Aspall’s cider in the Australian market for the past two years.

The UK deal covers Little Creatures Pale Ale (5.2% abv), Bright Ale (4.5% abv), Pilsner (4.6% abv) and Rogers’, a 3.8% amber ale named after brewers Roger Bailey and Roger Bussell.

Aspall will also be selling Little World’s 5.2% abv Pipsqueak cider.

Aspall partner Henry Chevallier Guild said: “There are huge synergies between Little World and Aspall, with both companies operating within the premium areas of their respective categories, as well as sharing the same consumer base.”

Little World director Howard Cearns added: “We have often referred to our target audience as flavour hounds, those discerning consumers who seek something special.

“Aspall shares similar territory to Little World, in terms of both its products and philosophical patience in establishing a quality position in the market.”
