Beefeater launches Summer Edition gin

14 May, 2010

Beefeater is rolling out a limited edition version of its London dry gin which will only be available during the summer months.

Created by Beefeater’s master distiller Desmond Payne, the new blend is designed to be lighter in style than the original and contains a selection of floral botanicals including elderflower, hibiscus and blackcurrant.

It will be presented in a bottle decorated with brightly coloured images of the new botanicals.

Payne said: “I wanted to create a gin that would be suited to lighter summer drinks and take advantage of those rarer botanicals that are less readily available.”?Beefeater London Dry Summer Edition will be available from this month for a limited period, with an rrp of £17.99.
