World Cup ads for Crabbie's
Published:  09 June, 2010

Halewood International is advertising its Crabbie's alcoholic ginger beer on the Talk Sport radio station during the World Cup.

The ads take Crabbie's signature retro 1950s marketing theme and what Halewood described as Carry on-style humour.

The two commericals will be based around a "gastro pub adventure" and a Crabbie's barbecue.

Brand manager Al Cross said: "Crabbie's has been a runaway success for the business since its launch and we are looking to drive further growth throughout 2010 with a summer packed full of promotional activity."
