Maynards doubles the taste sensation

Cadbury has released a limited edition of its Maynards wine gums brand.

New Fruit Duos feature six dual-flavour combinations in each pack: strawberry and lime, strawberry and blackberry, apple and blackberry, apple and pear, tangerine and pear, and tangerine and lime.

The launch is being backed by a £2 million marketing campaign for the whole Maynards range, comprising TV advertising and POS.

Fruit Duos come in 170g bags with an rrp of £1, with 215g bags at £1.49 and a 52g roll-pack at 44p.?

Few things can bring communal pleasure so intimately as wine. Apart from a hot tub, perhaps. Sport can trigger mass jubilation, film gives us shared empathy, but wine has a nigh-unique ability to bestow conviviality among us through a shared bottle – which makes it especially galling that we spend so much time divided over it.
