A taste of burlesque from Perrier

Perrier water is to feature the image of burlesque performer Dita Von Teese on limited edition bottles and cans.

The move is the third such collaboration for the brand, which has previously featured fashion designers Agnes B and Paul & Joe.

“The Perrier brand has always been edgy,” said Priya Shaheed, brand manager at Nestlé Waters UK.

“The stunning headshot of Dita Von Teese will create great standout on-shelf.

“This limited edition label is generating renewed interest in the brand, will help grow sales for our trade partners and reaffirms our commitment to the category.”

Few things can bring communal pleasure so intimately as wine. Apart from a hot tub, perhaps. Sport can trigger mass jubilation, film gives us shared empathy, but wine has a nigh-unique ability to bestow conviviality among us through a shared bottle – which makes it especially galling that we spend so much time divided over it.
