Moreno takes Undurraga agency

07 September, 2010

The UK agency for Chilean winery Undurraga has been taken on by Moreno Wines.

The moves comes two years after the producer’s wines were relaunched by the UK office of Australia’s De Bortoli Wines.

The Undurraga portfolio includes the flagship Altazor wines, the TH premium range and Aliwen reserve wines.

Alex Canneti, Moreno’s sales and marketing director, said: “Moreno has a proud history of working in Chile.

“We have been impressed by the increase in quality in recent years which, combined with the clear branding and amazing variety of styles, makes Undurraga the ideal partner for Moreno.”

Moreno and Undurraga are showing a selection of new release and vintages at tomorrow’s Wines of Chile annual trade tasting in London.
