Vavasour appoints D&D its UK agent

D&D Wines has been appointed UK agent for New Zealand wine producer Vavasour in a deal covering a number of brands in the Vavasour portfolio, including Dashwood, Vavasour, Clifford Bay, Redwood Pass, Pebble Row and Goldwater.

Vavasour planted the first vines in the Awatere Valley sub-region of Marlborough in 1985.

It now owns 220 acres of vineyards in the area and has a 2,500-tonne winery facility with future expansion planned.
