Valentine theme for Scottish ale ads

21 January, 2011

McEwan’s ale is launching a Valentine-themed TV ad in Scotland, continuing the tone established in commercials since October.

Once again the only word spoken in the ad is “aye”. It features a marriage proposal between a couple enjoying the beer in a bar.

The commercials will appear across STV, Channel 4 and Channel 5 in Scotland.

The advertising forms part of a wider marketing campaign in Scotland by Jygsaw Brands, responsible for the sales and marketing of the brand in the UK.
