How to cut a bigger slice of the action

Southampton-based firm Frecco has come up with a quicker way to add ice and a slice to drinks.

The company's ice and fruit packs contain a slice of lemon, orange or a wedge of lime frozen in mineral water which can be added to any cold drink.

Packs of 10 individually packaged ice and fruit slices will be rolled out nationally from April with a retail price of between 2.49 and 2.99.

Paul Davis, sales and marketing director said: "The fruit is quick frozen all the ingredients are 100 per cent natural, it's convenient, it's hygienic, and it turns a whole range of drinks into a premium drinking experience."
