Stratford's Wine Agencies will be flying over winemaker Anthony Mills to present his Cable Bay range, which includes Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir from Marlborough and Chardonnay from Waiheke Island. Winemaker Peter Fredatovich will also be showing the complete Lincoln Heritage collection, including the award-winning Hawkes Bay 2006

Percy Fox launches a
rosé in the Babich range. Joe's Rosé is an equal blend of Pinotage and Merlot , made at the 91-year-old Auckland winery. The rest of the Babich range will also be on taste, including
Black Label Sauvignon Blanc and
Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.
Vinoceros has two new wines from Marlborough - Featherdrop Hill's 2006 Sauvignon Blanc and 2006 Pinot Noir. The wines are exclusive to the independent sector and have an rrp of £8.99. Stand F10
Cloudy Bay viticulturalist Siobhan Harnett will be on the Moët Henness y stand during the show and will present the entire range, including newcomers Te Koko 2004, Chardonnay 2005 and Pinot Noir 2005. Stand G32
Pernod Ricard UK will give visitors a sneak preview of the latest sparkling development from Montana - a Brut Cuvée Rosé NV, which sits alongside
its recently-released Brut NV Chardonnay/Pinot Noir 2006. Montana's chief winemaker, Jeff Clarke, and Tony Hoksb ergen, general manager for viticulture, will also be showing the new Montana Waipara Reserve Riesling 2006 and Montana Classic Pinot Grigio 2006. A 2006 Sauvignon Blanc is the latest wine to join the Montana Terroir Series and will also be on taste. Stand D50

Jackson Estate will launch its Green Lip Sauvignon Blanc 2006. Named after the native New Zealand green-lipped mussel, it is available exclusively to independents. The 2006 Jackson Estate Sauvignon Blanc, 2006 Grey Ghost Sauvignon Blanc, 2005 Vintage Widow Pinot Noir, 2005 Gum Emperor Pinot Noir, 2005 Pinot Noir Rosé, 2005 Shelter Belt Chardonnay and 2004 Runnymede Riesling will also be on taste. Giesen, Enotria's Marlborough-based agency, will launch
its new brand, Marlborough Ridge. Stand F52
The iconic New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc
will be placed under the microscope at New Zealand Winegrowers' seminar in the South Gallery Room on May 23.
Studies carried out by the Marlborough Research Centre and Auckland University
found that NZ Sauvignon Blanc has seven different natural flavour profiles, ranging from apple peel and cut grass to honey and banana.

New Zealand Winegrowers will be representing 49 wineries in total at
H20 , including Marlborough's Winegrowers of Ara and the family-owned Bouldevines (see picture, right).
This year also sees a real attempt to introduce regionality within New Zealand with 12 Hawkes Bay wineries and the Waipara Valley Winegrowers presenting as separate bodies under the New Zealand umbrella.
New Zealand wine producer Te Mata Estate
has been chosen to host the opening seminar at the show on May 22.
It will include a vertical tasting of the estate's flagship wine, Coleraine, with
10 other Hawkes Bay Cabernet/Merlot wines.
Te Mata Estate executive chairman John Buck sa ys: "Coleraine is modern claret
- the classic blend of Cabernet/Merlot that is acknowledged as the world's foremost wine style. So, to be singled out among
the worlds finest, in the most important of styles, is wonderful recognition of the quality of wine from Te Mata Estate, Hawkes Bay
and New Zealand. It's also a very nice way to start Coleraine's 25th birthday celebrations."
