Castel launched its first UK-tailored wine range, Cachet, in March. It is planning a big push for its family-owned Bordeaux châteaux after a five-year investment plan. The company has recently created an overall group structure, with Isabelle Coustou joining Béziers-based group winemaker Cédric Jenin to take over the Bordeaux operations
