Former Western Wines marketing directors Letheren and Fairbank deal with 10 suppliers - the biggest being Yellowtail, a surprise addition to the portfolio. Frozé, a rosé made to be enjoyed over ice, is also a big focus.

The pair say their ambition is to "really listen to the needs of key UK retailers, to develop wines and labels their customers actually want and to have plenty of fun doing it".
