Radio push for Foster's lager

Scottish & Newcastle is launching two radio ads for Foster's lager.

The ads, called Commentator and Dingo's Den, continue the theme from the recent Never Leave a Man Behind TV execution. They feature the campaign strapline Foster's Super Chilled. Well you wouldn't want a warm beer, would you?

The campaign is part of a £40 million marketing programme for the brand which includes Foster's BBQ activity, the Laidback Legends digital marketing campaign and sponsorship of the Rip Curl boardmasters surfing championships this summer.

Few things can bring communal pleasure so intimately as wine. Apart from a hot tub, perhaps. Sport can trigger mass jubilation, film gives us shared empathy, but wine has a nigh-unique ability to bestow conviviality among us through a shared bottle – which makes it especially galling that we spend so much time divided over it.
