Kinder what you fancy? Try a little bit

Ferrero is spending 5 million on a TV ad for Kinder Bueno. Continuing the A Little Bit of What You Fancy strapline, the ad features two young women enjoying their Bueno bars and stealing a handsome man's towel from the sauna.

It will be backed by online and press ads, and a sampling campaign that aims to distribute more than 1.5 million samples to consumers via cover-mounts on Glamour and New Woman magazines.

Ferrero sales director Craig Barker said: "Bueno is a top 10 countline and a brand that responds fantastically well to advertising. With the campaign's proven impact on sales and an additional 5 million investment, we urge retailers to make the most of this opportunity by double facing Bueno and offering their customers a little bit of what they fancy."

Reasons to be cheerful

I would like to think my outlook on things is generally optimistic. Perhaps that’s a natural consequence of working with something designed to give pleasure. But recently it has become increasingly difficult to ignore a creeping sense of negativity pervading the British wine trade.
