Catford Wines,

It's our round, what are you having? A Southern Comfort and lemonade please. Or an exotic cocktail, served by a tanned and handsome waiter on a desert island.

What gets you out of bed in the morning?

Generally the

dustbin men making a racket outside

my flat. Failing that, the thought of a bacon and egg roll to kick the day off.

Does money motivate you?

Most definitely . Without money I wouldn't be half as comfortable in life as I am.

After a hard day's work, what drink do you kick back and relax with?

Just a simple beer like a Bud Lite.

If you could choose anyone in the world to be prime minister, who would it be and why?

Well me obviously . Although I'd like to see what Charlotte Church could do. She's usually putting the world to rights in one way or another, so why not let her do it on a grander scale?

What alcoholic drink do you most resemble?

Pimm's - a little cheaper these days, but classy nonetheless.

What retailer do you most admire?

The Body Shop, for maintaining its ethics despite being

globally successful .

What one thing or person makes your blood boil?

Weather girl Siān Lloyd . I'm sure she's very nice, but her face irritates me. And David Cameron and his fake politics.

If you had an extra hour in the day what would you do with it?

I would start writing that novel .

What's the best age to be?

Twenty-one

- not too old , not too young.

What's your philosophy in life?

If you're gonna do it, do it in style and do it to the maximum.

Give us an unusual food and wine matching tip.

Chocolate-chip cheesecake and a glass of chilled Soave - perfectly compl ementary.

There’s no sign the bubble is about to burst either. Growth at Christmas 2016 was £22.4 million, so gin has increased its value growth nearly two-and-a-half times in a year.
